What is Potter’s House School of the Supernatural?

It is a cross cultural, cross generational two year program that is really more of an experience than a program. Many have said that it is difficult to describe. What may appear to be a casual & laid back culture is actually a very intense group of people determined to know God in all facets of His personality!

Potter’s House is about an atmosphere of God’s tangible presence. It’s about becoming personally free, becoming a disciple of Christ & then becoming naturally supernatural. It is a place where culture is being created…people who have a “Kingdom” mindset & see the world as a place that they can affect in a  truly powerful way, where miracles, signs & wonders are becoming both frequent & normal.

People who have been through Potter’s House School know better how they fit in their world & how to function in it in a supernatural way. If you would like to be closer to the Lord, if you would like a safe place to learn how to minister to others in the Gifts of The Spirit, if you would like to live a naturally supernatural lifestyle where you get to see the Kingdom of God come to earth, then Potter’s House may be a place for you.

A little bit about our history...
In January of 2001 Curt & Susie Klein, and Joel & Heidi Butz had been pastoring a small sister church of The Mission in nearby Dixon, CA for almost ten years. They enjoyed a great relationship with The Mission joining them regularly for the Friday night celebrations of worship. During this time Curt and Joel were dreaming of a training center. They imagined a place where hungry hearts gathered to become equipped to bring transformation to the church and the nations.

On September 4, 2001 partnering with The Mission, Potter’s House School began with a handful of students in the back room of Family Christian Center in Dixon. Curt’s wife, Susie jokingly called herself a “stufent” because she was both student and staff. The next year Joel & Heidi moved to Seattle and Curt & Susie led the school together. In the years to come PH moved to The Mission in Vacaville & a Second Year Class was added, led by Phil & Sue Lloyd. Over the years God has continually fine tuned and defined the Potter’s House School of the Supernatural bringing us to 2008 where we are welcoming Keith & Heather Ferrante as our new Second Year Overseers.

The entire Leadership Team at The Mission is involved in the school in a variety of ways that include intense teaching times, ministry activations and impartation and prayerful one-on-one relationships. Curt & Susie love to welcome and oversee the enthusiastic First Year students. Keith & Heather will lead and activate the Second Year students with contagious passion and purpose! PH also is blessed to have powerful teaching sessions with many valued outside speakers from around the world.

Each year has brought a new level of believing in the infinite goodness of God and walking that belief out through the prophetic, healing and worship in the arts. We look forward with great anticipation to the new and deeper realms that God will take us this next year and the years to come!
