Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry Team is eager to pray for your needs. In addition to our monthly healing service, we are available during any corporate gathering. We expect to see miracles because God is always present to heal those with physical, emotional and spiritual needs – it’s his desire! We believe we can partner with God for your healing. Prayer Ministry training is offered twice a year. You may attend ministry team training without serving on the ministry team. Dave and Phyllis Miller lead and facilitate the Prayer Ministry Team and the training and equipping of new members.

Gary Cockroft
Gary leads a life coaching ministry called Pathways. Within the heart of people is a yearning to discover their passions and dreams and to explore their potential in a deeper, more meaningful way. Often the greatest obstacle is one’s own fear and lack of understanding of who they are. Pathways is about partnership with you in that journey of discovery – someone to help you ask the right questions and process what’s in your heart. This process enables you, with intentionality, to move forward, to realize those dreams, passions and potential. For more information, please see Gary’s website, www.path-ways.net.
Sozo defined: Healing, salvation and deliverance. Sozo is what Christ purchased for us on the cross.
What is sozo ministry? Sozo ministry is about helping people begin to live in the fullness of what Christ bought for them. It is helping people get free from emotional, relational and behavioral bondages. The process of sozo is caring, compassionate, gentle and respectful.
How does sozo work? Two trained sozo ministers pray with you to help you discover the roadblocks to your freedom, then lead you through the process of removing them. As the root causes are identified and removed, the possibility to live life differently opens up.
How do I make a sozo appointment? Call our office to schedule an appointment You will be contacted by the sozo coordinator, Jenny Taylor. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. There is a suggested donation per session - an investment in your health and wellbeing, as well as a blessing to our volunteer-based ministry. Donations are not a requirement to receive ministry.
InSight Ministry
InSight group ministry is the first step to receiving sozo ministry. It is an intimate time of connection with the Holy Spirit, promoting healing and transformation. If you’d like to receive personal ministry, the first thing we ask is that you attend this group – everyone is welcome! InSight occurs on the fourth Friday of every month at 7pm in the Youth Room. There is a $25 fee for this group. Feel free to call the office, at 707.448.3124 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 707.448.3124 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 707.448.3124 end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 707.448.3124 end_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting, if you plan to attend.
Urgent Prayer Line
Emergencies and needs do not always occur during normal business hours, and don’t always fit into a scheduled meeting or appointment slot. Because of this, we have a team of men and women from The Mission who are on call 24/7. Each day of the week is designated a member of our pastoral team who is excited to pray with you and bring the Kingdom into your situation. Don’t hesitate to call our Urgent Prayer at 707.410.8354 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 707.410.8354 end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 707.410.8354 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 707.410.8354 end_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting any time for your crisis prayer need.
Pastoral Counseling
We realize that that the spiritual health of an individual is best cultivated through community – from time to time, there is a need for specialized help working through tough situations. The Mission offers short-term pastoral counseling, free of charge, for those who are part of our body. Gary Cockroft facilitates this ministry. Call us and ask about this service, and Gary will be in touch with you.
