Kids Worship Arts Camp is all about having fun and exploring a variety of ways to worship God through the arts. July 21 – 25, from 9am until 4pm, kids, grades 2 through 6 are invited to join us at The Mission. We are gathering a team of artists who will help facilitate a hands on experience where kids will not only have an opportunity to explore areas of the arts that they have never experienced, but to also get intense training on the areas they are most interested in.

The different workshops that will be offered at this year’s Kids Worship Arts Camp are:

Drama
Photography
Video Editing
Art
Dance
Creative Writing
Song Writing

On Monday and Tuesday the kids will be able to choose 8 of the 12 workshops to attend. On Wednesday through Friday, each kid will focus on one area that they want to get deeper training in. Alongside these workshops, the kids will be involved in group fun times and other worship arts workshops that give them the opportunity to express their creativity. So by the end of the week, the kids will be given a taste of a wide range of worship arts expression and then some advanced training by qualified teachers in one specific area.

Our goal at this year’s Worship Arts Camp is to allow kids to express their creativity to God and have a whole lot of fun while doing it. Each day will be packed with fun, arts, and interaction.
